Leo Ray-Lynch
National architecture and design firm HMC Architects recently announced that Leo Ray-Lynch, AIA, NOMA, has joined the firm’s PreK-12 practice.
Ray-Lynch, who is also vice president of the National Organization of Minority Architects’ (NOMA) West Region, will serve as principal-in-charge for HMC’s San Francisco and San Jose offices.
He has worked in the Bay Area for over 25 years as an employee of a public-school district and for private architecture firms, giving him a clear understanding of client needs and wants. Previously with WLC Architects, Ray- Lynch was responsible for coordinating the activities of design team members and consultants. His job also consisted of writing proposals, producing master plans, schematic design, design development and construction documents, budgeting, and coordinating the work of projects in development.
In his new role, Ray-Lynch will focus on business development and serving and expanding the firm’s PreK-12 and higher education client base in the Bay Area.
