Enrique Ceniceros
Taylor Design recently announced that Enrique Ceniceros, LEED AP BD+C, has joined the firm as science and technology studio director.
Throughout his 28-year career, Ceniceros has established himself as an expert in the adaptive reuse of commercial and historic structures into state-of-the-art research and manufacturing facilities. Ceniceros’ work encompasses a broad range of projects, including higher education research and learning environments, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, biomedical R&D laboratories, commercial R&D facilities, manufacturing facilities and engineering laboratories.
“A successful project should inspire innovation and collaboration for its occupants while embracing its location and context,” says Ceniceros, who is particularly interested in the growth of the life sciences community in California and the promotion of sustainability within that industry.
Ceniceros was previously the Regional Leader for Science and Technology for HOK in Los Angeles. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is a registered architect in California and LEED AP BD+C certified.
Taylor Design is a strategy-based design firm with practices in Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Design Strategy. The firm has five offices across California and was awarded the Zweig Group Best Firms to Work For Award in architecture for the past four years.
