Greg Prince
PBK Architects, an international architecture and engineering practice specializing in educational and sports facilities, recently announced the promotion of Gregory Prince, RA, NCARB, to principal in the PBK Houston office. As a registered architect in the states of Texas and Louisiana, Greg has over 16 years of experience in architectural design and project management, Greg has been responsible for numerous K-12 educational, commercial, hospitality and federal projects with cumulative values in excess of $650 million over the course of his career. Greg currently serves as a K-12 Architectural Studio Director and Client Executive and is responsible for leading a team of architects and production staff, while managing multiple school district clients. His project management experience includes all phases of the design and construction administration processes, including feasibility studies, scope and programming development, contract negotiation, project scheduling and budgeting, as well as some unique experience as a construction quality control manager for large design/build military projects. Greg’s sustainable design experience includes managing LEED and CHPS Certified projects along with experience certifying projects with the U.S. Green Building Council.
