Requiring only 5.5 feet of linear space, the Ascension lift replaces up to 65 feet of linear ramp, ideal for on-stage events and performances. At a set-up of any height, its large casters make the lift portable in minutes, according to the company. Transparent sidewalls and gates on the lift platform offer passenger protection plus a clear view of the user’s surroundings. A safety skirting encloses its operating components during operation while a stage adjustment device and hinged dock plate make for a smooth transition between the lift and stage. Ascension offers a 20-year warranty on each wheelchair lift.
