Plymouth school business manager named Rising Star

PLYMOUTH In the two years that hes been business manager for Plymouth schools, Michael Santogatta has saved the town thousands of dollars in reorganizing the cafeteria program and cutting energy costs. As soon as he got the job, he had to work with architects, the construction manager and building committee to move students into the new Terryville High School mid-year.
