Matt Csoka
KOBELCO Construction Machinery USA, which produces a full range of crawler excavators, announced the appointment of Matt Csoka as national account sales manager. Csoka brings more than 10 years of experience in diverse management roles. Most recently, he served as KOBELCO’s southeastern sales representative, where he expanded KOBELCO’s distribution locations through dealer recruitment and development in the region. In this new position, Csoka will lead KOBELCO in establishing supplier agreements with major national accounts. He will use his management experience to help KOBELCO become a preferred excavator brand among national corporations who demand competitive pricing and positioning as well as outstanding support and servicing. Once supplier agreements are finalized, Csoka will be responsible for completing RFP pricing and support requests. In addition, he will coordinate dealer involvement for service as needed. Csoka will replace former national account sales manager Randy Hall, who now serves as vice president of operations for the company.
