Jennifer Song Koeppe
RATIO Design has announced the appointment of new leadership for Denver’s K12 and Higher Education market sectors: Jennifer Song Koeppe, AIA, A4LE, has stepped into the role.
The addition comes at a time of growth for RATIO’s Denver studio, which has been expanding into new markets, including workplace, mixed-use and residential, and hospitality. Its strong legacy in community, multi-family housing, public library, and preservation work–studio was known as Humphries Poli Architects until a merger with RATIO Design in 2019–ensures clients across every market sector benefit from our holistic design approach.
She is a Denver native and received a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado. She joins RATIO’s team as an Associate Principal / Architecture. Song Koeppe will help project teams and clients overcome the unique challenges they are currently facing, including rising construction costs, supply chain issues, outdated facilities needing updates to meet code, and evolving expectations and needs from the community.
RATIO Denver studio’s recent and influential education projects include, K12: Mancos K12 Campus renovation, Isabella Bird Community School, Park Street PK-8 School, and the Prairie View High School addition. And for Higher Education: University of Colorado Boulder Smead Aerospace Engineering Sciences Building, University of Colorado Boulder Integrative Physiology Laboratory & Clinical Space, Colorado State University Suzanne & Walter Scott, Jr. Bioengineering Building, and Colorado State University’s LEED Platinum Chemistry Research Building.
